Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Long Arm Pipes. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Policy

You may return unused pipes within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
2. Package your item securely in its original packaging
3. Include your order number and reason for return

Refunds

Once we receive your pipe, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the pipe.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace pipes if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a similar pipe, contact us and we will provide instructions.
