About The Pipes

Welcome to the Long Arm Pipe store. The only place where you can buy long solid wood pipes. All pipes are handcrafted from solid hard wood from the Northeast of America. There are no glue joints, no joining pieces, no plastic, just beautiful handmade long pipes.

All the wood is salvaged from tree cuttings by the electrical company or local municipalities from the side of the road. No trees are sacrificed purely to make the pipes. Instead of becoming firewood, select pieces of wood are turned into beautiful pieces of smoking art. Each pipe is handmade and unique to itself. No pipe is the same. Wood types are the typical wood found growing in the New England, including maple, cherry, ash, oak and birch.

The pipes range from 12" to 34" long and have a carb at the bowl end, with a copper screen. The length of the wood cools the smoke allowing a smoother and more pleasant draw. The days of burnt eyebrows and hair are gone. The bowl is angulated for easy viewing of what's going on with the fire. The length of the stem allows for a more relaxed smoking position with the arm extended allowing you to keep your neck straight. This is why they are called Long Arm Pipes.
